What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery (select cities) and online payment via card, bank transfer, or wallet through PayFast.

How long does delivery take?

2-3 business days for Karachi & Lahore, 4-6 business days for the rest of Pakistan.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Apparel, footwear, and accessories can be exchanged within 7 days (unworn, tags on). Rackets and equipment are final sale except for manufacturing defects — see our Refund Policy for full details.

Are you the official distributor of NOX in Pakistan?

Yes, Legends Arena ProShop is the sole authorized NOX distributor in Pakistan.

How do I know which racket is right for me?

Use our Racket Finder tool (linked in the menu) or message us with your playing level and we'll recommend options.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive tracking details by email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order ships.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Not currently — we ship within Pakistan only.
