Refund & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched. Contact us immediately with your order number to cancel. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — the exchange terms below apply instead.

Apparel, Footwear & Accessories

Eligible for exchange (size/color/style) within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging. We do not offer cash refunds — exchanges are issued as store credit or a replacement item.

Rackets & Equipment

Padel, tennis, squash, and pickleball rackets and other equipment are final sale and not eligible for exchange once used, except in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect. Defect claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos/video of the issue for inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free exchange or replacement at no cost to you.

How to Request an Exchange
